Consultation
Meet one on one with our team so we can discuss your project, goals, & expectations. Our objective here is to gather as much information as possible while providing expertise guidance to our customers.

Design
In this phase, our designers will work closley with you to propose design concepts, create 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, and select materials.

Development
Once the design is approved, we will begin construction. Here we will review our schedule, discuss upcoming customer quality walks, checklists, and more.
04.
After Care
After your home is ready for you, we will follow up with an after care walk-through. We will discuss our unbeatable warranty as well as how to take care of your new home.
